1. You don't eat from 9am - 6pm for one day
   Children fast from 9am - 12noon
   Drinking water and taking medications are allowed
    
2. You make a donation via the link below
   Your choice how much: Equal to a cup of coffee? What you would otherwise have spent on food? You decide.
